Overview
In Settings the Company section helps you centralize and manage key details for your organization. The Company Entities section offers the same level of organization and customization, but allows you to do it for multiple entities, all in one place.
How to configure your Company Information
Log into your account.
Go to the Settings and select the Company section.
Within this section, you can input various details, including:
Company information, Contact information, DPO Contact Information, change the Default language and add Custom fields if needed.
Custom Fields: You can configure custom fields to gather company information that aligns with your organization’s specific needs. This ensures that the most relevant details are always easily accessible.
To do this, simply scroll down, click the "Configure" button, and then hit the "+" to start adding fields. After you added and saved them, you can fill them out.

Company Entities
In the Company Entities you can manage multiple entities and connect the relevant modules to each entity.
How to Configure
In the Settings select the Company section.
Click on Company Entities.
Just like with the General company information, you can set up custom fields here to collect more information, the only preset field is the Entity's Name.
Creating and Connecting Entities
Click + Add company entity to create a new one.
Give your entity a name and click on Create.
Remember to always configure all the connections between the entities and modules that you need by clicking on + Create in the Connections section.
