Statistics can be customised to show the data that matters most to your organisation. You can rearrange and resize existing widgets, add new ones, and apply filters to each widget individually so every chart reflects exactly the view you need.
This feature is available on the Advanced plan.
Moving and resizing widgets
To rearrange your widgets, click and drag any widget to move it to a new position. To resize a widget, drag from its edges or corners until it is the size you want.
Adding a new widget
Click + Add widget in the top right corner of the statistics page. You will then configure the new widget by choosing:
Graph type: Number, bar chart, or line chart.
Data source: Either Cases or Case state.
Filters: Narrow down the data shown in the widget based on the data source you selected.
There is no limit on the number of widgets you can add.
Editing an existing widget
To edit a widget, click the edit option on the widget itself. From there you can change the graph type, data source, and filters applied to that widget.
Available filters per data source
The filters available when configuring a widget depend on which data source you choose.
Cases
Filter the widget by one or more of the following:
Source
Severity
Closing code
Privacy (confidential or anonymous)
Case state
Case state
Filter the widget to show transitions from one state type to another. This is useful for tracking how cases move through your investigation workflow over time.
