In this article we will go thorugh how to delete an occurence where multiple users has to approve the deletion.
Step 1.
Identify the case you want to delete and access the case.
Step 2.
Before you are able to start the deletion process you have to ensure that the status of the case is "closed".
Step 3.
To start the deletion process press "Start deletion of occurence" and choose whether you want the case to be a part of the statistics.
Step 4.
Whenever the decided number of users has the approved the deletion, the case will be deleted from the system.
- How the deletion looks from another case handlers perspective
- How the rejection of deletion looks from the perspective of the case handler, that initiated the deletion
