Note that you can use the more simple SSO OAuth 2.0 Microsoft/Azure by using this guide: How to login with Microsoft
Step 1) Navigate to https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/StartboardApplicationsMenuBlade/AppAppsPreview/menuId/

Step 2) Press “New application” and then “Create your own application”, fill out the name and press create

Step 3) Add SAML login:

Step 4) Download Whistleblower Software SSO metadata file in Whistleblower Software interface

Step 5) Upload the file in the Azure interface and press save

Step 6) Download the Azure SSO metadata file:

Step 7) Upload the downloaded metadata files in the Whistleblower Software interface under “Settings” → “Security settings” → When Saml login is enabled:

Step 8) Add the permission for the users / groups that need access to the app.
