Overview
Approval Flows in Formalize allow you to create custom multi-step approval processes, where each step is assigned to a specific approver. These flows help ensure accountability and control over critical actions like completing tasks, publishing policies, reviewing suppliers or risks.

The Approver’s point of view
Once assigned, approvers will receive a notification by email prompting them to review and take action. They’ll be able to see the context of the approval and either approve or reject the step.
