Overview
The Policy section in Formalize allows you to create, edit, and manage policies across your organization. You can create policies either by editing them within the platform or by uploading a PDF directly. Formalize also offers various editing options to modify the content of your policies. Additionally, you can organize policies into folders, assign responsibilities, and configure approval and acceptance workflows.

Acceptance from the employees point of view
Your employees will receive an email invitation that includes a link to the policy to accept.
When they click the link to "Read Policy", they’ll be asked to enter their email address to authenticate, based on the access settings configured in the policy.

After entering their email, they'll receive a verification code via email, which they need to input to access the policy.
Once authenticated, they can review the policy and confirm that they have read and accepted it, as demonstrated in the video below.
